Voyage et Cie + beek Collaboration

We are so excited about our collaboration candle with our friends Birgit and Kenna at beek. beek is best known for high quality handmade leather sandals and shoes that are both beautiful and comfortable (a top favorite of ours!). So we thought it would be fun to collaborate on a leather-wrapped candle.

Our signature beek + Voyage et Cie candle, "CASA", is wrapped in hand-cut, hand-stitched, natural undyed Vachetta leather. We designed the scent, rooted in Oud and Tobacco, to be an ode to our homes (or our nests, as we like to say). Oud’s woodsy smell, rich and nuanced, ranges from sweet to earthy, with some notes of leather and spices. The smell of Oud wood is full of character which is why we combined it with Tobacco. And to soften it we added vanilla, rum, musk, cardamom, and a little cinnamon… perfect for Fall and Winter.

The candle is a classic 4” glass highball that slides easily in and out of the leather sleeve. Once you’ve burned the candle you can buy a refill on the Voyage et Cie website and just slide another in!

For every candle sold, we will donate the equivalent of 5 meals for children in need - a cause that we are deeply passionate about and is especially crucial at this time of year. Read more about our cause here.
